Pasaraya tu memang kasi hangin satu badan



Amidst my busy-ness and excited-ness preparing for Lil Adib's cukur jambul, MrHubby & I were sort of pissed off with this wholesale emporium.
We went to the one in Shah Alam on Sunday, but the things I was looking for were not all there. Ada la satu dua, tapi tak banyak pilihan. Thus, MrHubby suggested that we go to another outlet in Subang Jaya.

So, we drove there and browsed for the things needed. There's a wide variety of stuff, ranging from the cheapest-cap-ayam to well-known international brands.

We spent about 1hour just to decide on the variant of TWO things. Only two things okay?
And to avoid problems a the cashier counter, I double-checked the price tags.
Ada yang tulis 3pcs for Rm10.80, ada yang tulis 3pcs for RM12. I opted for the former.


Tiba time nak bayar, when scanned, the price was RM18 each.
Cashier @#$%$#@ tu pulak buat 'muka selenga' when I told her the 3pcs-for -M10.80 deal. She kept saying, "Takde dalam sistem la..."

"Aku tau la takde dalam sistem. But can't u do something about it?" MrHubby demanded to meet the supervisor/manager to clarify that matter.

Instead, the cashier called a Bangladeshi worker (might be the one in charge to stock the shelves). In two minutes, the counter was surrounded by three other Bangla workers, but the problem remained unsolved.



The patient MrHubby dah start bengang dah... ajak aku balik.
I insisted. Kot-kot la settle, boleh dapat harga yang displayed kat shelf tu.

I followed the 1st Bangla to show him where I saw the price tag. He agreed.
So, we returned to the counter and he explained to the cashier.

The 2nd Bangla came, tetiba..bawak the newly printed barcode showing 3pcs for RM18!!!

Boleh pulak kau selamba print barcode yang baru? Aku sekeh nanti kang!!!

The 1st Bangla then went back to the shelf, and this time brought the barcode to the counter. Puas hati aku.

But still.......... the CASHIER kept saying "Ya la...tapi takde dalam sistem."

Dah bukti depan mata pun dok buat bongok jugak, suruh panggil manager pun, tak panggil...
MrHubby pulled my hand... "Jom la balik. Tak payah beli kat sini. Boleh pulak dia pegi print yang baru. Dia ingat kita bodoh sangat kot?!!"

Reluctant pun, aku ikut je la... sebab aku pun bengang gak dengan kesengalan cashier tu.

Turun bawah, pegi Customer Service.
Tapi bila tengok Customer Service pun macam tak serupa full-of-courtesy, we went back home. Geram sangat.

Eh, we didn't head back home straight away. Kitorang pegi beli kat outlet yang kat Shah Alam (pegi jugak the same emporium sebab kat situ je ada jual benda tu!)...

Then, balas dendam gi makan nasi beriani & nasi kandaq.. Hehehe. Makan banyak-banyak. Biar aku gemuk, baru puas hati. Hahaha

Korang pernah kena macam ni? Cer citer...

  3. klo kt,mmg xkn beli...nk gak harga paling rendah tu...psssttt... bile mjlis untk lil-adib tu eh...(ceh poyo je..org xjemput ngade2 tanye)

  8. baddddd customer service.. very bad! i pun baru terkena kat nando's semalam tapi ni kes servis lambat dan unfriendly pastu dok salahkan orang lain takmo mengaku salah sendiri.. pffttt!!

    Kesian bila kena mcm ni..kita terpaksa sbb perlu kn benda tu..

  10. pernh jgk ada penglmn dgn cashier & staf kat customer services...kat tmpt rak ada poster tunjuk free gift blh amek kat kaunter pmbyrn, bila tnye cashier..kna lak mintk kat customer service..mmg biasa beli brand tu,cuma nk la claim free gift mcm yg dia promosi.. skali.. ampehs *&^%$! ishh..staf kat customer services kna dgr la bbrapa ayt yg xbest dr sy ^_^ (sori pjg pulak comment :P )

  12. pasaraya C4 kah? kalau C4 memang haku pun selalu ada isu dengan diorang pasal pricetag ni. ntah nape ek diorang ni tak update price tu. kat shelf kata lain, kat kaunter kata lain.

    gamaknya bebudak keje situ malas nak update harga.

  14. aku penah kene dulu 2 kali, bila tau harga tu lain dr kat shelf aku trus tinggalkan je trus dengan benda2 yang lain pun. geram nau rasanya lah

    i penah kena, siap cashier jawab... 'ooo.. tu harga lama la kak' ... buleh camtu? harga terang2 kat rak tulis with disc, boleh dia ckp harga lama.. ? *terasa hangin* =)
    tunggu sampai manager sampai, tunjuk bukti last dapat jugak harga disc. punya nk jugak tu..hahahaha.. yg penting puas hati!!!

  16. nie komen aku yg dh byk sgt pngalaman jd cashier/customer service...
    1) ... dh kalo scan 2 hrga lma.. cust nk jgk hrga 2 aku call ja inchrge.. n salunya mmg akn wat void n cust puas ati sbb dpt hrga 2... aku lak dpt puji, 'bgus adik cashier 2!' heheh~ pas 2 hah apa lg.. kna bantai la staff yg x update price 2. suke aku! bodoh dh keja sndri nk mampos x tau wat??
    2) ...cust service supposed full-of-courtesy! dh nma pon cust service kn?

  17. ni yg maleh nak balik msia cpt2 ni <-- fuh ayat x ingat daratan, tp i slalu sgt kena kes2 mcm ni. fed up kan. mcm la kalo kasi harga yg murah tu rugi gaji dia. kalo dah x leh setel, panggil je la manager. @#$%^

  18. pernah kena dan kita mmg berhak dapat harga yang paling rendah. itu memang hak kita. mesti pasaraya tu dah nak bankrupt sebab pekerja dia buat kepala dia je..

  19. apa yg ko cari tu is? aku pernah kena cam ni kat Tesco Shah Alam. Nak beli satu barang. barcode dia rosak. so cashier tu ngan sengih2 macam kerang busuk kata tak leh jual la barang tu... pastu aku shout kkat dia.. memang la ko ni bodoh.. dari kerang busuk terus jadi tenuk mamat tu.. pergh...

    yg betulnye adalah MYDIN WHOLEMART...
    kan janet kan...!? kan...! kan...!?
    kat mydin sect18 pekerja dia boleh kate ok la...
    mintak tolong angkat karton mineral water n yg berat2 tak byk bunyik laa...
    tapi kalo yg kat subang tu mmg celaka ptuiihhh...
    lorat nak mamTOOT...!
