For two consecutive nites, we've been satisfying our gluttony over Egyptian food.
The first nite was at Arabian Kitchen, Section 19 (eh..ke Section 20 ekk?). And last nite was at D' Arab Cafe, Section 7.
We ordered this huge portion for three... Lamb and Roasted Chicken... (ye kitorang tamak)
Sesudah selesai hadap....
Burp!!! Alhamdulillah...
Not only that...
After washing my hands, I saw the gooey goodness for my sweet tooth. They had baklava (but in a big 'kuih raya' container'... so I ordered this Basbousa (Semolina cake with rose syrup).
Nak tergelak pulak bila mamat kedai tu cakap yang ni "Samosa...eh, Barbosa."
Bukan ke Barbosa tu yang dalam Pirates of the Carribean? Hahaha
Look how tempted Lil Adam was with the sweet dessert. Memang turun perangai aku betul.
Sampai licin....
Well, to compare between the two restaurants... Arabian Kitchen and D' Arab Cafe...
Price was quite competitive. Lebih kurang la.
The mehndi/mandy: D' Arab wins.
Lamb/chicken: bigger portion at the Arabian Kitchen.
Soup was better at the Arabian Kitchen.
Desserts: not sure whether there's any at the Arabian Kitchen.
Ambience was better at the D'Arab Cafe.
