Lil Adib's health assessment

Aritu Lil Adib ada Preschool Health Assessment, conducted by Child and Family Health Service, SA Govt.

Lokasinye kat Council Chambers.

So, pagi tu aku pun pegi ke City Council...sebelum pegi ofis.

 

Sambil tunggu tu, sambil layan Lil Adib main play dough dan sambil belek balik checklist yang belum bertanda.

At the age of 4, by right he should be able to do all those. Tapi sebab ada a few yang aku tak sure, so aku biar je tak bertanda. Aku rasa kalau kat Malaysia, mesti dah kena sound sebab tak completekan checklist. Tapi kat sini, diorang cakap takpe..hehe

Anyway, mula-mula the lady suruh Lil Adib kira blocks tu. Kacang je la.

Then, to check his hearing, pakai headphone and he has to put the block in the container once he detected the sound.
Yang ni macam confusing sikit... sebab Adib ni playful. Kekadang dah dengar pun, dia buat main-main.

Next was checking the vision.
Part ni lawak sikit, sebab instead of mata dia je ngikut tegok cahaya flashlight tu...dengan kepala-kepala sekali dia gerakkan.
Hahahaha

And the teeth.
Nice teeth u have there, buddy! ;)

Another eye test.

...which he enjoyed very much, for he gotta be a pirate.
Arrrr....
The pirate had problems seeing the little letters at distance.

Last but not least---weight and height.
Almost 17kg...itu pun ada hati nak buat manja suruh orang dukung bila dia cranky. Haishhh...

Sempat pulak I expressed my concern pasal Lil Adib's height.
Aku perasan Adib ni tak setinggi Lil Adam. Mana la tau tetiba tersesat gene bantut dari mana-mana. Hahahaha.
Anyway, I was told he's above average.
Phew! Nasib baikkk....
So, lepas ni boleh sambung kutuk orang-orang pendek dan rendang tak berbuah. Wakakakaka
 

Few days lepas tu, kitorang pegi Unicare untuk Dr Stephen check telinga Lil Adib, just in case ada impacted earwax.
Dr tu pulak pandai pujuk... dia kata ada lizard in the right ear, and a mouse in the left ear, that he had to take them out.

So, lepas tu mudah la keje aku bila nak bubuh eardrops, sebab Lil Adib tau...it's to give the lizard and the mouse a swim. Hewhewhew
